Les Seskin
Founder and Chairman
Les founded Brookwood Media Arts in 1994, with a wealth of business and technical knowledge. He is a twenty-eight year veteran in the computer industry and is recognized expert in the development of sophisticated computer programs to manage complex projects across many industries.
He is also a cofounder and active director of Primavera Systems, Inc. Primavera is internationally recognized as the industry leader in project management systems. In addition, Les is a past president of the Project Management Institute, as well as a noted speaker for numerous professional organizations including AACE, PMI and Society of Professional Engineers. Additionally, he has been a guest lecturer at the Sloan School of Business, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Les's project management skills have lead him to manage projects across a wide spectrum of industries including pharmaceutical, research and development, engineering, construction, manufacturing, information technology, chemical and government. These assignments have resulted in substantial savings to clients in lower costs and shorter schedules.
Under Les's tenure, Brookwood has grown into a proven leader in designing and developing professional, computer/web based solutions for its clients.

Rob Seskin, MBA
President and CEO
Rob is responsible for the operations of Brookwood and oversees the development of proposals, budgets and project schedules. He works closely with project managers to ensure the successful completion of each project. He brings 13 years of project management and product development experience to the company.
Under Rob’s leadership, he has recruited excellent talent and fostered a gratifying working environment. This healthy environment helped Brookwood experience significant growth in revenue, number of projects and number of employees over the past 5 years. Since his joining the company in 1997 revenues have increased significantly and in 1999 Brookwood was listed as the number 1 Web Design Company in Philadelphia by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Rob has focused Brookwood to be a major player in eLearning, Enterprise, and Web development providing solutions for such companies as Pfizer, Merck, Crown Cork & Seal, Johnson and Johnson, CIGNA and MonitorForHire.com. Additionally, Brookwood has become one of the largest Adobe training centers in the Philadelphia area offering their expertise in helping others in their development activities.
Rob earned his MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and has been published in various industry publications.

Jacquie Beck, M.Ed.
Senior Vice President of eLearning
Jacquie has been creating interactive learning applications since 1988. She has worked with The Ford Motor Company, FBI Academy, Crown Cork & Seal Company, Johnson & Johnson, CIGNA, Sony Music, and many other companies with diverse eLearning initiatives. From instructional design and development, to learning management system (LMS) interoperability, examples of Jacquie’s work can be found in the Brookwood’s eLearning portfolio.
In addition to development, instructional design, and project management, Jacquie also provides expert instruction in Adobe Connect and Presenter to corporations throughout the country. She has also written various articles and software reviews for Adobe, eLearning Guild, and other trade publications. Jacquie has a B.S. degree from Kutztown University, and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Penn State University.

Tina Martin
Vice President of Enterprise Software Development
Tina Martin has extensive experience in enterprise information technology in the healthcare, pharma, financial services, banking, and manufacturing industries including over 15 years of experience developing enterprise systems for B-C and B-B applications. She has implemented many high visibility projects and introduced new design and development methodologies for organizations including Quest Diagnostics and Joslin Diabetes Center.
At Brookwood, Tina has led major development projects in Java, Flex, and LiveCycle including design and development of an Account Reporting system for large financial advisory firm. She is a dedicated follower of Object Oriented and Service Oriented Architectures and the Agile Development methodology. Tina is a member of Philadelphia Java Users Group (JUG); Philadelphia Flex Users Group; and Project Management Institute (PMI).

Alpana Agrawal
Director of Creative Services
Alpana provides unparallel artistic and management expertise in eLearning development, graphic design, and web development at Brookwood. She is responsible for developing the Graphical User Interfaces for our most prestigious clients including Dow Jones, The US Army, Boeing, Merck, Cigna, Johnson & Johnson, Centocor, and many more.
Alpana is also responsible for developing custom graphics, animations and web designs that seamlessly convey each company’s unique look and feel. Alpana has taken the lead role in successfully completing many projects including Pfizer, FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, Centocor, US Army, SearchTec, H-B Instrument, Inglis Innovative Services, Maxwell Train, CHI, T-Thermal, PSI, Movad, and many more.
Alpana has an in-depth knowledge of Adobe’s full suite of products and extensively uses programming skills to make each project more user friendly, eye appealing, and easy to navigate
Alpana won a Philly
Gold Award for Interactive Media for
her work on Brookwood’s promotional CD-ROM.
She earned Certification in Graphic Design and Web Development from Massachusetts College of Arts in Boston and a Bachelors Degree from India.

Ed Stengel
Director of Business Development
Ed Stengel, graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S in Business and Minor in Sports Medicine, is also a certified Sales Trainer, NLP and D.I.S.C. Behavior Certified Trainer. Prior to his tenure with Brookwood, Ed owned and operated a training facility where he taught effective communication skills to C level executives. He has worked with United Parcel Service and Federal Express as a corporate trainer, as well as a trusted eLearning advisor to Johnson & Johnson, Centocor, Morgan Lewis, Church Pension Group and others. His expertise ranges from business strategies for effective learning, organizational development to IT strategies and applications. Ed has lent his knowledge and expertise to the training and business development Industry for over 20 years.

Scott Isard
Business Development Enterprise Applications
With a BA in psychology from Temple University and an MBA from Drexel, Scott Isard offers over 25 years experience in the sales industry. This experience includes 15 years as a sales representative and national sales manager selling turnkey systems for a California based company in the video rental and photographic processing markets. After transitioning to application development consulting, Scott held sales positions in the software consulting industry and became VP of Technical Services for one firm.
Scott started his own consulting firm with a partner, based on the premise that software projects could be delivered more efficiently and cost effectively to the client than most firms in the industry were achieving. The success of this initiative is attributed to using only senior software engineers, a robust methodology, and highly leveraged use of base classes and company created libraries.
Scott’s years of expertise and innovation are now directed at developing new business for the enterprise application development practice at Brookwood. He is proud to be part of this outstanding team of distinguished software engineers.
