The Need
Invo Healthcare Associates is one of the premier
providers of Occupational Therapy, Physical
Therapy, Speech Language Pathology and School
Psychology services to children and adults
with developmental disabilities. The objective
was to redesign their static site to attract
new customers and therapists as well as to
maintain effective communications with existing
customers and therapists. Invo was looking
for a company to design a site that would feel
professional, trustworthy, and established.
 
The Solution
Invo Healthcare
chose Brookwood to design a site that would
meet their objective of establishing a corporate
internet presence. Brookwood designed a site
with the professional aesthetic look, navigational intuitiveness, and communication
capabilities to give Invo the type of website that offers therapists, psychologists
and patients the state-of-the-art functionality needed to promote themselves
as a leader in the industry. The site also incorporates a background system
functionality to support a database of therapist, psychologist and patients
which can be maintained and updated on a regular basis. Online forms are
available for requesting additional company information, submitting resumes
and general content. A download form function provides users the ability
to download brochures, newsletters, information on related legislation and
other material. This section also contains a threaded message board where
therapists, psychologists, and Invo Healthcare staff can post messages and
attach documents.
