For virtual training, it takes two, the Facilitator and the Producer.
For a professional virtual training session, organizations will routinely use both a facilitator, who leads the session, and a producer, who maintains the room. A producer frees the facilitator to provide an enriching user-centric experience, without having to divide their attention between the learner and technology. As an expert in the technology, we take the role of a producer and guide the facilitator on decisions and best practices pertaining to the presentation.
Our production and support services include:
Planning, ID, room setup, presenter training, and rehearsals.
Producing, moderating, event execution, and participant support.
Recording and archiving events, and analyzing and reporting data.
