| Cancellation Policy |
5 or more business days
Cancellations received 5+ days prior
to the course date will be permitted
to reschedule or receive a full refund
in the form of payment received. |

Less than 4 business days
Cancellations received less than 4 business
days prior to the course date will
not receive a refund/credit.
The registration may, however, be rescheduled
to the next available course date. |

| A substitute may be sent to replace the
originally registered party at any time
prior to the start of the course at no
additional fee. |

| Inclement Weather/ Illness |
| If you are unable to attend a course
due to inclement weather or illness please

| Insufficient Enrollment |
| Brookwood reserves the right to cancel
or postpone a course due to insufficient
enrollment. In the event that Brookwood
must cancel a course, you will be notified
within 72 hours. |

| Brookwood Group Rate |
| Groups of 5 or more from one organization
who attend the same course will receive
a 10% discount off the total cost of training. |
