Brookwood offers a comprehensive list of services to support your organization with Webinars, Workshops, Large and Small Meetings, and Virtual Instructor-Led Training.
Our Services includes an Program/Event Manager, a Producer, creative designers, and support staff.
Team members are ‘platform-agnostic’ virtual professionals with substantial experience in providing training and delivering virtual online events via multiple platforms such as Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and GoToMeeting.
Our comprehensive services can also “train your team” on the execution of large events with our job-aides and pre and post event checklists to prepare new producers.
The Virtual Event Manager oversees your registration setup, event management, scheduling, and review of instructional design.
The Producer briefly trains Presenters and support team and performs a dry run of the event. This helps to clarify the flow, roles, and best practices for the event.
Technical checks are conducted to ensure all facilitators and support staff can connect to the platform. The Producer kicks off the event, provides the audience with instructions on using the chat and other features, introduces your Presenters, and moderates Q&A. The Producer transitions media assets and slide deck, manage polls and breakout rooms.
30 minutes before the event through conclusion, our trained support operators are on hand to assist with any questions or issues during the event.
Where available, our Producer will record the event, provide the attendance data, the chat/Q&A contents, and polling data for reference. Your Virtual Event Manager will provide an event report that includes a summary of event details.
Brookwood produced a three-week event that required 2 producers. Every scheduled session had a designated producer.
Brookwood produced their annual conference, a large multi-day and multi-track conference via Zoom. Responsibilities included planning and coordination, managing presenter training, and in-event production support.
