Pre-Event Services
The Virtual Event Manager oversees your registration setup, event management, scheduling, and review of instructional design.
The Producer briefly trains Presenters and support team and performs a dry run of the event. This helps to clarify the flow, roles, and best practices for the event.
Technical checks are conducted to ensure all facilitators and support staff can connect to the platform.
In-Event Services
The Producer kicks off the event, provides the audience with instructions on using the chat and other features, introduces your Presenters, and moderates Q&A. The Producer transitions media assets and slide deck, manage polls and breakout rooms.
30 minutes before the event through conclusion, our trained support operators are on hand to assist with any questions or issues during the event.
Post-Event Services
Where available, our Producer will record the event, provide the attendance data, the chat/Q&A contents, and polling data for reference. Your Virtual Event Manager will provide an event report that includes a summary of event details.
