Virtual Producers Provide:
- Pre-session setup, content preparation, and tech checks
- Real-time technical support during live delivery
- Platform feature configuration (polls, chats, breakouts)
- Participant onboarding and interaction moderation
- Post-session reporting and playback
Virtual Producer Levels:
- Level I:
Supports smaller or less complex vILT sessions. Manages basic tech setup, monitors interactivity, and provides technical assistance during live delivery.
Experience: Up to 3 years managing corporate virtual events; proficient in core platforms; strong communication and troubleshooting skills - Level II:
Leads all aspects of virtual event execution, from pre-event planning to live moderation. Recommends platform-based engagement strategies, consults on content delivery, and ensures successful participant and presenter experiences.
Experience: 3+ years; cross-platform expertise; client consultation; event rehearsal and moderation leadership
