Recently, a luxury skin care company, reached out to us to create an interactive eLearning module. It was meant to walk the employees through their 7 IT journeys packaged in a single entity named “How We Work Together”.
The Requirement
The client mapped their 7 IT journeys in a PowerPoint presentation and created RACI PDFs to guide the employees throughout the journeys. They wanted to transform their training content into a highly engaging learning module that keeps the learners active while delivering unmatched value to the team.
The Solution
The client provided two welcome videos, learning content, and an overview of what they wanted in their module.
Based on their requirements, Brookwood designed and developed a custom learning module with Articulate Storyline 360 – a highly responsive eLearning course builder.
The Result
The “HOW WE WORK TOGETHER” module became an excellent learning experience for the employees. All the ratings and comments received during the journeys, were presented to the IT Leadership team. Our client was impressed to see a positive response from their employees and was proud to have worked with us.
