Since 2019, CGA has partnered with Brookwood to develop a series of engaging eLearning modules designed to support its mission. The Hydrogen Leak Prevention course marked the seventh successful module in this ongoing collaboration.
An important U.S. federal health agency plays a vital role in improving healthcare access for underserved populations across the United States. To support the effective use of its core systems, the agency launched an enterprise-wide IT training initiative through a leading government prime contractor, who engaged Brookwood as a trusted subcontractor. This initiative was launched against a stark backdrop: there was a one-year hiatus in the development of training products, and the government restaffed its training program. Also, two new major systems were coming online.
